• Custom jacketing and coatings materials such as silicone and rubber serve the function of repelling water and moisture because of the materials’ nature. Sometimes, pvc insulation can be used, but to ensure dryness and 0% failure, it is recommended to opt for silicone and rubber.
• Similarly, to avoid heat, custom jacketing and coatings are recommended. Jacketings and coatings such as Mica/Glass, PTFE/TFE, PVC or thermoset rubber are common insulations for pool, spa and hot tub applications.
• In addition to the jacketing and coatings, we offer overmolding and potting of electromechanical solutions to ensure solutions and make them water-proof.
